The mic pill doesn't respond on the iOS Simulator.

Voice support can be limited in the simulator. On your iPhone, allow microphone and speech recognition access in Settings. If voice is unavailable or interrupted, use the keyboard button.

The calendar screen says "not connected."

Tap it, then "Connect Google Calendar" and sign in with your Google account. Olera uses PKCE — the app stores nothing on our servers.

How do I delete my data?

Open Settings → Advanced → Delete all my data to remove local memory, recent and saved screens, and the calendar authorization token. Settings → Delete Account also clears local sign-in identity. Failed deletion is reported so you can retry. External providers may retain requests already processed under their own policies.

Where does my data go?

Prompts and attached photos are sent to the model provider (Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini) via our own backend for inference. Requests can also include recent conversation, relevant saved records and connected calendar events. Apple speech recognition may process dictation audio. Our backend does not maintain a conversation database. Details in the privacy policy.

A screen or note could not be saved.

Check that your iPhone has free storage, then try again. Failed saves are reported and unreadable memory files are kept intact. Contact support before reinstalling if you need to recover local data.
